NVQ Level 5 Diploma Conversion Overview:
This conversion course allows candidates who have completed the NVQ level 4 in Occupational Health & Safety Practice, within the Middle East regions, to upgrade to the new standard City & Guilds NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice.
- Completed the NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health & safety Practice.
- Copy of certificate and unit certificate.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with IOSH or other professional bodies.
- Copies of any other certificates achieved since completing the NVQ level 4.
- Performance review, appraisal or Witness Testimony from a competent person.
- Candidates will be required to complete a Reflective Account/Personal Statement and provide supporting documents as evidence for the new criteria in the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & safety Practice.
