The City & Guilds Level 4 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety Practice qualification is suitable for those who are working in the area of general health and safety practice or managing the health and safety function. Students who complete this qualification can apply to IOSH for professional membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) at graduate membership level (GradIOSH) which leads to chartered member status (CMIOSH).

For the City & Guilds NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, completion of all units is required to gain the full qualification.

Memberships
Upon successful completion of the City & Guilds NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety qualification may apply to the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) for membership at Graduate level membership (GradIOSH) and upon completion of an open book assessment and a minimum of 2 years Initial professional Development (IPD), candidates can achieve Chartered level membership (CMIOSH).
Workshops
Free workshops are offered to all NVQ candidates, the workshops are delivered to help candidates understand the vocational qualification process and build their portfolios.
